United Way of Bedford County
PA 211 is our community’s gateway to help with utility bills, to housing assistance, to food and groceries, to after school programs for children, and so much more. PA 211 is a great place to start if you are in need of resources, but unsure of where to look. All you need to do is dial 211 or text your zip code to 898-211 to get in touch with a resource specialist for free. The PA 211 resource specialists will listen to your needs and give you the information on programs in our community that might be able to help you. When times get dark, you can’t see the help around you. Let PA 211 be your guiding light for health care, housing, food, and other resources. Visit PA 211’s website to explore the different programs in our community by categories such as housing, food, utilities, and health.
PA 211 provides free, confidential help to our community members who need assistance with food, health care, housing, crisis counseling, and disaster assistance. Last year PA 211 fielded more than 20 million calls, for help with housing, bills, and food. Without support from donors like you, these calls would go answered. Please consider donating to PA 211. Thank you for your support!
